About Us
Situated between miles of pristine white sand beaches and an Arthur Hills designed golf course, with a backdrop of native Florida mangroves, San Marino at Pelican Bay is a private condominium community located just north of Naples, Florida within the Pelican Bay community.
San Marino takes its style from the charming Republic of San Marino, the third smallest state in Europe and the world’s oldest republic, located within the boundaries of Italy. Winding tree-lined roads and lush gardens link just 88 homes. At the heart of the community is a great place to meet people -- one of the largest pools in Pelican Bay; thermally heated to a constant 86 degrees F. The relaxing hot tub spa stays at 104 degrees. A newly-renovated Clubhouse for social events and a well-equipped exercise room complete the community facilities.
Pelican Bay is host to three premier hotels, upscale shopping areas, a 570 acre conservation area, and over 40 acres of parks and nature trails. Directly across Pelican Bay Blvd. from San Marino is the footpath to Pelican Bay’s famous 3-mile berm, paradise for birds, walkers and cyclists. You are on the berm and at the entrance to the North Beach Boardwalk with a 3-minute walk.
Pelican Bay’s private miles-long beach with umbrellas, cabanas and a variety of indoor and outdoor Gulfside restaurants is a popular gathering place any time of day, especially at sunset. A 2-minute tram ride gets you to the beach. The walk is 10 minutes. Lots to see along the Boardwalk on the way: mangroves, tidepools and so many birds that one of the tram drivers wrote a book about them.
